Here is the perfect scrambled eggs recipe for the breakfast to start a fresh start of the day. Eggs are the good source of proteins and other nutrients and it’s better to eat them in the morning. There are so many recipe made by the eggs but here we make this scrambled eggs recipe for those people who are busy and have very less time.

Scrambled eggs recipe is quick and easy to made as your breakfast and you can try this with breads, spinach or rice cakes to tastes better. Generally breads are the best options to eat with scrambled eggs with cheese and some other toppings.

Scrambled eggs recipe is basically the tastier if made with minimum ingredients but for taste you can add some toppings. In this recipe we just add black pepper and fresh parsley. In this recipe we use milk because it makes these scrambled eggs more creamy and give them moisture, obviously taste better. You can also use cream instead of milk as usual.

We prefer to use butter before pouring the eggs into the pan but you can also use olive oil, butter is better in taste. Do not torture the eggs because due to it the eggs are turned into a different textured eggs.

  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Breads

Instructions for Scrambled Eggs Recipe:

  • First, whisk the eggs into a bowl or pan with milk, salt and black pepper. Then pre heat the non-stick skillet or pan and melt the butter into it by covering the whole bottom of the skillet.
  • After melting the eggs, pour the eggs mixture into the skillet. Wait for 5 seconds and start shaking the skillet to run the eggs onto the edges of the skillet.
  • Now, wait for 25-30 seconds and start stirring the eggs with a spatula lightly in a folding manner to cook it well all over. Cook for another 30 seconds (1 minute over all).
  • Now, turn off the heat and continue to stir for another 10 seconds to cook it by the left over heat of the pan and put the scrambled eggs on the breads directly or put into a plate. Garnish it with some pepper and parsley.
