Raspberry Brownie recipe is another recipe for brownies lovers. This brownie recipe is more flavored, it is best for those who wants the flavors of chocolate and berries together. Raspberry and chocolate is just a perfect combination because they mix with each other and taste better.

If you love brownies then must try this this amazing and delicious recipe. I always make simple chocolate brownie to eat but recently I made this fruity brownie and then trust me this is one of my favorite brownie recipe.

Here is your raspberry chocolate brownie recipe. you can also add strawberry instead of raspberry  to made strawberry brownie. These are also the healthy brownie recipe because every ingredient taking into it is good for health. So, without waiting further lets get into the another homemade brownie recipe.

We use dark chocolate in this raspberry brownie recipe but you can also use simple chocolate instead but remember dark chocolate is the best option for any brownie. You can also use chocolate chips for toppings as it adds some extra flavors and make this brownie more chocolaty. Brownies can be served to children as they love it too much because of its fruity taste with some chocolate flavors.

Ingredients

  • 150 gm dark chocolate 
  • 100 gm milk chocolate ( it’s optional
  • 200 gm packed salted butter
  • 3 or 4 large eggs
  • 150 gm plain flour
  • 250 gm raspberry 
  • 40 to 50 gm cocoa powder
  • 300 agm brown sugar

Directions

Preheat the oven up to 170 degree Celsius. Take a 20 cm ( 8 inch square) tray for baking and use butter paper or grease the bottom of tray with some oil.

Add chocolate, butter and sugar to the bowl & heat the mix on low flame. Keep occasionally stirring with a spatula so that mix gets melt ( but be aware that mix doesn’t burn). Now let the mix be cooled down.

Break the eggs one by one into mix with keep stirring. Now add flour and cocoa powder, stir well. Add raspberry with gently stirring. Do not change the heat level as it is on low flame.

Pour the mix in baking tray adding choco chips/ raspberry to garnish it. Now, bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. After baking let it be cooled down, cut it into the required pieces and serve it by garnishing with chocolate chips & enjoy the raspberry chocolate brownie, the healthy brownie with your family, friends or guests.

Well. both frozen and fresh can be used in this raspberry brownie recipe but it is better if you use fresh berries directly as the frozen takes long time to bake.

Mainly the ingredients like milk, sugar and cocoa powder when mix together properly makes this chocolate brownie so fudgy and chocolaty. Sometimes it is not fudgy because we don’t mix them well or may be the quantity  is not correct.

The best chocolate for brownies is basically the combination of dark chocolate (70%) with semisweet chocolate. But you can also takes dark chocolate as it is easier to get.
