How to make Oatmeal?

To make the best Oatmeal recipe to gain the maximum oatmeal benefits you just need to make the oatmeal base first. So, for that you need these ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats old fashioned
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of Nutmeg or Cardamom

Follow these steps to make the Oatmeal Recipe:

  1. Take the water & milk and boil it in a pot or skillet. Add the oats and salt on low/medium flame until it gets thickened for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Now, add all the remaining ingredients, cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom. Stir it well and mix them evenly.
  3. Now, serve it with the toppings you desired

Toppings: Peanut Banana

To make this Peanut banana oatmeal recipe you just need these ingredients:

• Half Mashed Banana
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 Banana
• Pinch of Chia Seeds

First, add the 2 cups oatmeal in a bowl and add mashed banana with peanut butter and mix them until they mixed well.

Now, add banana pieces for garnishing on the mixture and spread the peanut butter again shown in the picture. I prefer to use small pieces of peanuts and chia seeds for better taste.

Toppings: Chocolate chip Banana

To make this oatmeal chocolate chip banana toppings you just need these ingredients:

  • ½ cup  Coconut/almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Tiny coconut pieces
  • Choco Chips

First, take 2 cup oatmeal, add maple syrup or honey, all upon you and also add coconut or almond milk. Stir them well until they mixed well. Now, add cocoa powder and again stir it well until mixed.

Now to garnish or for toppings add some tiny coconut pieces and chocolate chips. I prefer to use milk again for garnishing to make it more creamy and tasty.

Notes
