Mexican Tacos are one of the most loved food in whole America and also around the world now days. Taco is too easy and simple to made but it is too difficult to give it its true flavors. Mexican Tacos are one of the most popular dishes in many countries and loved by the foodies.

Non-Veg Mexican Tacos Recipe:

Ingredients:

For Taco

  • 8 Warm Corn Tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder/paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne
  • Salt [Kosher]
  • Grounded Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, sliced

For Toppings

  • Sliced Onion or may be red onion
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Lime Wedges
  • Sliced Avocados
  • Shredded Monetary Jack

Instructions:

In a large or medium frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil. Place chicken with salt and pepper and add to Frying Pan. Cook for about 5-6 minutes or until its turned to golden. Then add spices and stir it well until the chicken is fully coated or for about 1 minute. If needed, add a little oil to made spices coated well on the chicken. 

Now, assemble the tacos to make perfect Shredded Chicken tacos. Start with coasted chicken as the bottom layer on the corn tortilla but first warm the tortillas on a pan. Then add other toppings as per your taste and boom its your taco time. Serve it with lime wedges

Veg Mexican Tacos Recipe:

Ingredients:

For Taco

  • 8 Corn Tortillas
  • Quick fried Beans
  • Creamy Avocado Dip
  • Diced onions

For Toppings

  • Shredded Green cabbage
  • Mozzarella or feta cheese
  • Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • Lime Wedges
  • and Salsa Verde

Instructions:

First with onions with quick pickled or diced whatever you like, then make avocado dip and fry the beans and crush them to give it a good flavor.

Now, warm the corn tortillas in a medium or large frying pan by flipping them one by one each. You can also give it a flame touch by directly put it onto flame. Now place them on a cooking board or a plate.

Time to assemble the tacos, so, first put fried mashed beans on the tortillas as the bottom layer, cover it with avocado dip and then onions. You can add and reduce the dip according to your taste.

To serve it best, put the ingredients like onions, Avocado dip and beans separately in separate bowls to perfectly make it delicious. Its taco time.
