  • ½ small avocado seeded and peeled
  • 1 slice Brown Bread or any other of your choice
  • salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

For Fried Egg:

  • 1 egg
  • ½ Butter or olive oil

For Boiled Egg:

  • 2 eggs

For Poached Egg:

  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp white Vinegar

For Scrambled Egg:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tbsp butter or olive oil

 

How to make Avocado Toast with egg recipe

Instructions for this Avocado toast with egg recipe:

  • First, take the bread and toast it until golden and crispy. Put Avocado on toast and mash it with a fork or knife, spread all over the bread. Take eggs of your choice and place it on the breads, sprinkle with some salt and pepper to your taste.

For Fried Eggs: Preheat a Non-stick skillet over medium heat and low the heat until hot, break the egg into the skillet and cook until the yolk and egg white got thick or for about5-7 minutes.

For Boiled Eggs: Take a medium pan and fill it with water, put the eggs into the water fully submerged or sink. Heat up the water to boiling and then low the heat. Now, its all upon you that how much softer or harder the eggs you want. If you want hardboiled eggs then boil them for about 12-15 minutes but if you want softer then boil for about 6-8 minutes.

For Poached Eggs: Preheat a medium pot of water to boiling point and mix vinegar into it. Then put the egg into the middle of the pot carefully and cook it for about 4-5 minutes. Remove it with a spoon or spatula.

For Scrambled Eggs: Add butter into a skillet over medium-high heat and let the butter melts, meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a bowl. Let the butter melts and make a layer of butter into the skillet and then add the eggs into the mid of the skillet. Cook the eggs for about2-3 minutes and half fold the eggs with a spatula.
