Here we use 4 eggs but if you want to made more servings then increase the amount of chips and also the eggs. This recipe is made for 3-4 people where we use 4 eggs and 50 gm potato chips. For garnishing, you can use various sprinklers andd toppings but to made it simple andd healthy we use smoked paprika and freah chopped parsley.

Ingredients for Potato Chips Omelette:

These are the main ingredients use in this recipe but you can customize it by adding or skipping some toppings and sprinklers:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 50 gm or 1.5 ounce potato chips (crushed or roughly crushed)
  • Chopped parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt or according to your taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • ½ small onion
Easy Potato Chips Omelette

Instructions for Potato Chips Omelette:

  • First, take a medium size bowl and mix eggs with potato chips salt and parsley properly.
  • Now, take a large skillet or pan and heat upoil in it on medium flame, add onion and cook them for about 5-8 minutes or until it turns to golden.
  • After cooking the onions, add eggs mixture into the skillet and stir to cover edges fully.
  • When eggs starts to set from edges, carefully cover the skillet with lid or plate to flip it.
  • Now, cook for another 3-5 minutes until the eggs fully cooked.
  • Put the omelette out into a plate and serve it by garnishing with fresh parsley and smoked paprika if you want. You can also sprinkle some black pepper on it.
