Potato Salad is one of my favorite salad recipe, it is quick and easy recipe with unique flavors. There are many ingredients we include in this potato salad recipe like mayonnaise, paprika, apple cider vinegar, mustard, pickle relish and many more.
You can try this potato salad with many drinks including both mocktails and cocktails. You can also serve this to your family in lunch and also in dinner.
This amazing and delicious Potato Salad Recipe is easy & quick. We suggest you to use the best Yukon Gold Potatoes or otherwise of your choice. Yukon Gold Potatoes are just perfect to this Potato salad. You can also skip the Pickle Relish from the ingredients if you want to but we recommend you to use.
You can also store this Potato Salad for one week just by packing it tightly in a air tight container into refrigerator. You can also reduce the quantity of eggs. We recommend you to use yellow mustard in this potato salad recipe, many of also love the honey mustard, so, whenever you try this potato salad next time then must it.

Take the potatoes, peel them off and place them in a large Skillet or stockpot. Now, pour the water into the skillet until the potatoes properly drown into the water.
Put the pot over high heat and wait until it starts to boil. When potatoes will start boiling add 1 tbsp salt and cook until the potatoes will boiled properly [15 minutes].
When the potatoes are boiling blend other ingredients meanwhile. Take a bowl and mix up the sweet pickle relish, mustard, celery seeds, paprika, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, 1 tsp. salt and also the peeper according to your taste. Also take finely diced eggs, celery, onions and dill.
When the potatoes are boiled or very tender cut them into small or medium pieces according to your choice and mix them up in the bowl with eggs, onions, dill and celery. Add some salt and peeper according to your taste.
Now add the mixture of other remaining ingredients and stir well until the mixture coats the potatoes. Refrigerate the salad by covering it for 3-4 hours. Finally your Potato Salad Recipe is completed and it is ready to serve.
