Ingredients for Chocolate brownie recipe:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups of powdered sugar.
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder sorted if appears lumpy.
  • 1/2 cup sugar sorted if appears lumpy.
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tbsp sea salt.
  • 2 large eggs.
  • 1/2 cup oil ( can be olive or canola oil if you want neutral flavor).
  • 1/4 cup water.
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla to made the best brownie recipe.

Instructions for Chocolate brownie recipe:

  • Preheat oven 325 degree F or 162 degree C. Spray some cooking oil or use butter paper on baking dish. Take an bowl & mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar,
  • Now take another bowl and add eggs, olive or canola oil water and vanilla. Then add above bowl mixture into this bowl and stir well both bowl mixtures. chocolate chips and salt. 
  • Pour the above batter into pan use some utensil to smooth the top so that no space exist into batter. Left the pan for baking for 40-50 minutes or till a toothpick get out only with few crumbs attached to it.
  • The brownies may be softy and sticky in the middle when you take out it from oven. So allow them to cooled down before cutting. You can put it into some airtight container at normal room temp for 3 days or can be freezed well. And here is your chocolate healthy brownie is ready to eat.
