Ingredients

For Spaghetti

  • 450 gm (3/4 pound )ground beef
  • 450 gm ( 16 ounce ) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound (16 ounce )spaghetti
  • 1 cup (200 gm ) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Italian seasoning, peeper & salt according to the taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

For Spaghetti Sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup green chooped onions
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3-4 cup ( 28 ounce) chooped tomatoes
  • 3-4 tbsp dry basil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp oregano

For Spaghetti Sauce

Take a large pan or skillet and heat the olive oil over medium flame. Cook onion, green onion & garlic for few minutes. Now add tomatoes, basil, oregano & sugar. After coming of boil, reduce heat to low flame and cook for 15-20 minutes. And your Spaghetti sauce is ready to use.

For Spaghetti

Preheat the oven at 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Take a baking tray greese with cooking spray. Now take a skillet or large pan , cook spaghetti .

Meanwhile, take another skillet or pan, heat some oil on medium flame. Now add onions and garlic till it becomes soft and get fragrance . Mix ground beef, salt, pepper & sprinkle some italian seasoning. Then cook until pink colour disappear about 8-10 min.

Now drain all oil fat with paper towels & again back to skillet. Add chopped tomatoes & basil & cook about 9-10 min. Try to cook it for the given time to make this Baked Spaghetti recipe best.

Now toss with spaghetti & transfer to baking tray & topped with mozzarella cheese & parmesan. Then bake until all cheese melt approx 15-20 min.

Then garnish with pepper and seasoning and serve with spaghetti sauce. And your Baked Spaghetti recipe is ready.
